Once we’ve discussed everything together we’ll decide on the best plan of attack and work all of your needs into an agreement for us to sign and abide by to ensure your campaign stays on course.

Not as exciting, but now is when we will send over any contracts, NDAs and any other needed legal documents that may be required to sign or create in order to launch your campaign.

Campaign Kick-Off

We will send you a brief form to fill in with ALL the information we may need on your company, profile, ideal customer and more to be sure our team is best prepared for your campaign. Don’t worry… if you are unsure how to answer some of the questions, we can always go over those points on our recorded onboarding call.

We will hop on a quick video call with you to discuss your form and be sure we are crystal clear in understanding your needs and who you as a company are and who your ideal clients are. As an added bonus we will get to meet you and get to know you and vise versa.

Using your onboarding form we will create a prospect target profile in which we will use. Once we create that, we will send that over to you to approve. If you have any doubts about our targeting we can always hop on a quick call and adjust those profiles on the call.



Our expert content team will get all the messaging sequences for Linkedin outreach and follow up written to be used for your campaign. This will also include email copy approved by you. We tend to run two campaigns simultaneously to different prospect lists to avoid cannabalisation and reach as many possible leads as we can.



Our Lead Generation team will set up and optimise a Linkedin Profile to best suit your company and be attractive to potential leads that may visit the “messaging profile”. We use real profiles, so you can rest assured that the profile won’t be banned. We can also  make changes as needed to be sure that we captured the essence and tone of your company in the profile.



After previous steps are approved, we will get everything loaded into our tools to automate some of the processes and to track responses and leads that come in. Automation allows for connections and emails to be sent out in a set schedule while the team focuses on follow up messaging and sending you qualified leads.

We like to check, double-check, and re-check one last time to ensure everything is perfect.

Now that everything is set up, we can officially set a kickoff date for messaging and get all of the automation running for our team to monitor and leads to be responded to.

After outreach copy is approved, we may also need support on how you would like the most common questions asked to our team by prospects to be answered; all in the name of ensuring we follow your goals and brand voice.

Green light means go! After all the previous steps are okay’d by you, we will officially launch the outreach process with connection requests and engaging with messaging.



All prospects we connect with on Linkedin will be put into a spreadsheet within your reporting dashboard with all of their relevant information. This information is auto populated into your spreadsheet, so you will not have to worry about us missing some key information.



After initial connecting messages are sent, the team will continue to speak to and nurture prospects to ensure they are qualified leads. Our skilled messaging team will be sure to urge qualified leads to book calls and send additional emails as needed as well.

As the campaign launches and information comes in, we will then be able to begin to measure how effective our outreach and targeting is. We will track this by looking at response rates, how many people are booking in your calendar, and more.

Leads and lead information after nurturing will go into a dashboard for final outreach to be done by you after the information is sent over to you via your reports. Don’t worry… we will be sure to show what the conversation looked like and all the information on the lead including their name, email address, phone number and company that they work under.

We will continuously work on improving the quality of leads that come in through outreach, targeting, and overall communication.



If needed we will create a slightly different set of copy to use to see if there is a more effective way to speak to your prospects. This means we may switch up the tonality of the copy and see if humorous copy may be more effective than a straight forward sales approach. Ensuring the copy is perfect is just as important as ensuring that those we reach out to are the key decision makers.



From our testing and discussions with you, we will change the targeting as needed to really hone in on your perfect prospect. Afterall, we want to ensure those we target on Linkedin will be the most likely to convert from a prospect to a confirmed customer. This includes changing our saved queries and targeting Linkedin groups as well for the best results.
